The Art of waiting.
Waiting plays a major role in all our lives. Most People wait more than three Years of their lives, some spend that much time in traffic jams alone. Only few manage to use the art of waiting to improveour lifes.
All of us wait. We wait for the bus, for the train or the airplane. We wait in traffic jams. We wait in line in the supermarket or in the waiting rooms in the doctors office. The list is unbelievably long.
Sometimes we can shorten the wait by reading a good book, but often we try to burn time reading the twentieth post about some boring bullshit on facebook and co. Often enough there is nothing to distract us and we feel bored.

New Frontiers
Balancing Life
Sometimes it is difficult to find and keep the right balance in life. We will actually have seldom a day or week in life, that is truly in balance. That’s not a problem though since balance isn’t measured on a daily level, but on a year or life scale when it comes to your goals in life and the path you want to travel to reach them. On this scale it doesn’t matter if we waver or stumble sometimes, what is important is to always keep an eye on your goals.

Live each day as if it where your fellow humans last.
We have all heard the advice to live each day as if it where your last. This is good advice as long as you only follow it for one day a week.
If we would life every day as if it where our last we would end up in the poorhouse or hospital very fast.
I believe a lot can be gained by reversing the saying though.
“Live each day as if it where your fellow humans last.”

30 Days to Success.
Surely I’m not the first person to write about the 30 day method, but since it’s one of my most important tools on the path to my goals, I would like to tell you about it and maybe inspire you to try it for yourself.
It is a very simple method and I believe that in its simplicity lies the key to its success. A fear is born
->Deutsche Version
Fear in itself is neither good nor bad. It is just one of our normal human emotions and without it humanity might not have survived as a species. Though just like every substance can become poisonous if taken in the wrong quantity, fear can be harmful if you have too much or too little. When our fears become so strong, that they rule over our thoughts and actions, they become a weakness; cowardice.

In ourselves we have two fundamentally different approaches to and perspectives of our world. This is true for our inner core, our soul as well. One of the parts of our soul strives for acknowledgement, glory, power and worldly accomplishments, while the other part longs for love, authenticity and strength of character.

What to do against bullying
->Deutsche Version
The self-hatred of abuser and victim
Every one of us has already experienced the following before. Someone in our social surroundings doesn’t like us and tries to make our life a living hell. In school I was one of the guys who got tormented and bullied by the self-instated class tyrant. I felt trapped and helpless, unable to free myself and betrayed by my friends who didn’t try to help me either. Today I realize that the others were terrified as well and I don’t think it was fair to expect much help. At the time I didn’t see any guilt on my side, apart from looking differently than my tyrants.

A walk to the bright side of life
->Deutsche Version
Taking a walk is one of my best tools to sort my thoughts and infuse myself with new mental energy. I’m actually in line on this topic with some of the greatest thinkers of the past, who thought that no decision should be made before you hadn’t walked with it and thought about it for a few miles.
